The Food & Groove Festival is proud to announce that Kyrah Gray will join the team as co-host with White Yardie for our inaugural event on 6th August. Kyrah Gray is a rising star in the UK comedy scene, and we’re excited to have her on board.
South London born and raised, Kyrah began her comedy career in 2019 during her last year of University. Her rise on the comedy circuit has been impactful, and so far she has managed to secure some impressive gigs at venues such as : Up The Creek, Top Secret Comedy Club, Backyard Comedy Club, Glee Club. She has also been the support act for White Yardie’s most recent tour. When she’s not performing, Kyrah can be found writing and producing her own comedy sketches. The Kent Drama graduate is outspoken about the challenges facing black comedians in the UK, and is determined to change the face of comedy and show young Black women that there is a place for them in the Industry.
Kyrah is a vibrant new voice in comedy, and we’re excited to have her on board for the Food & Groove Festival. Witty, engaging, and fun – we know she’ll be a great addition to our festival. We can’t wait to see what she brings to the table! We promise you won’t be disappointed.
